Spam Fajitas
1 can Spam
1 sweet onion
Worcestershire sauce

Quarter onion and cut into strips. Warm a little bit of oil in a frying pan and sautee onions until they are limp. When you think they’re done, douse with Worcestershire sauce and fry for another minute. Set aside. Cut Spam into strips 1/2″x1/2″x2″ or so. Fry in a until it starts to brown then douse with Worcestershire sauce and fry for another minute. Combine onions and Spam together and fry for a couple more minutes. Serve on flour tortillas with your choice of fajita toppings.

1 can serves 2-3 people.
